Camp Cayuga's offers a linen rental service that includes a set of sheets, one pillowcase, and enough blankets to ensure a comfortable sleep. Pillows, towels, and washcloths are not included in this service and need to be provided by the camper. (Pillows are available for purchase at the camp store.) The weekly laundering of the camp’s linens is included in the canteen fee.
LINEN RENTAL SERVICE FEE: The fee for this service is $140 for the full-season, $105 for the 6-week session, $70 for the half-session, and $35 for the 2-week session. Children with a history of bed-wetting are strongly encouraged to sign-up for this service to ensure clean bedding whenever needed (no extra charge). Otherwise, the charge is $3 each time a clean set of linens is provided.
HEALTH POLICY: The camp's policy requires campers to sleep between 2 sheets and if using a pillow, a pillowcase is required. We recommend 'cot-size' sheets (2 fitted & 2 flat). The cot-size mattress measures 75” x 30” x 5”. Campers are not permitted to sleep inside their sleeping bag in the cabin, however the sleeping bag can be used as an extra blanket.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED: You can register for this service at the time you enroll your camper, or register online at any time. Simply, go to ‘Forms and Documents’ on your dashboard, click ‘Additional Options’, then click ‘Optional Programs’ and select ‘Linen Rental Service’.

Cayuga provides transportation to/from 3 major airports. On arrival day, our staff will escort your child from the airport directly to Camp Cayuga. On departure day, our staff will accompany your child from camp to the security gate at the airline’s terminal, and remain at the airport until your child’s plane is in the air.
AVAILABLE AIRPORTS:
* Wilkesbarre/Scranton Airport (AVP-Avoca, Pennsylvania) is the closest airport being only 35 miles (1 hour drive) from camp. It’s the smallest airport on our list, and your child will likely need a connecting flight to arrive here.
* Newark Airport (EWR-Newark, New Jersey) has more direct flights than Wilkesbarre/ Scranton Airport and is closer to camp than JFK Airport. Newark is the preferred airport and encourage you to use it.
* JFK Airport (Jamaica, New York) is located in a heavy-traffic area of New York and is farthest from camp. We do not recommend this airport and discourage you from using it, if possible. Flights to/from JFK may cost less than Newark Airport, but your child’s ride to camp is about 1½ hours longer.
SERVICE FEE: Newark International Airport fee is $240 roundtrip ($120 one-way); WilkesBarre/Scranton Airport fee is $140 roundtrip ($70 one-way); JFK International Airport fee is $280 roundtrip ($140 one-way). Additional fees apply for flights that do not arrive/depart on official session dates
ACCEPTABLE FLIGHT TIMES: Before making flight arrangements, read the camp’s ‘Airport Transportation Instructions’ located on your dashboard under ‘Forms & Documents’. They explain the designated times for arrival & departure flights, and include other valuable information. After making your child’s flight reservations, you must complete the ‘Airport Transportation Itinerary Form’. This form is also located on your dashboard. The itinerary is due 2 weeks before your camper’s arrival. To return the itinerary, please upload.
